Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched between 1-2 business days once placed. Free shipping is offered on orders placed within Australia with a total value of $50 or more (after discounts are applied). Express shipping is also available at an additional cost. Once orders are dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their order status.

International orders, are also dispatched between 1-2 business days once the orders have been placed. We currently do not offer any free shipping on those orders. All additional duties or taxes that are applicable to an order are to be incurred by the receiver.

Local delivery

Free same or next day local delivery is available for orders over $50 within some areas of Metro Melbourne. If your order location is an address (Not a PO Box) and within the areas we deliver, you will be sent an email when your order is dispatched and on the way to your requested destination.

Deliveries are made from 9 am-3 pm on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

We currently do not offer in-store pick-up at any of our authorised retailers, however, we are working on the matter to provide our customers a click and collect option no matter where they are.

IfAt this time, we do not ship to all the other countries, however, if you do wish to receive our products, 'contact us' and we can arrange for shipping to your country of destination moving forward. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Carroten Australia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through our 'contact us' form on our page with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are able to accommodate and ship to PO Boxes with the courier partners we have in place so there is no need to worry.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at carrotenshop@sklarexen.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
